Robinson Drossos is a filmmaker, animator, and music composer based in Paris. His work is focused on the relationship between sound and image. Specialized in traditional hand made animation, he graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.

His first short film as a director, Echoes (2024), had its world premiere at the 77th Cannes Film Festival and has since been screened at around fifty festivals worldwide, including Annecy, Interfilm Berlin, TIAF Taiwan, Bucheon Festival, Zinebi Bilbao and many more.

As a composer, he experiments with the connection to movement, immersiveness, and navigates from acoustic to electronic music. A multi-instrumentalist and multidisciplinary artist, he is particularly attentive to sound textures, and his background in cinema allows him to communicate intimately with filmmakers.

While working on commissioned projects, he is currently developing his next short film. A twelve-minute traditional animation set in 1930s Greece.
